Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Tax Software Program An easily navigable program. I have been using it for years. For whatever reason, you can no longer access a relevant page of the one-step program by clicking on the desired specific form that you want to work on. It would be great if the program would allow for this in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from you got my AGI wrong 1st TurboTax pulls up my 2019 tax info and then puts the total 2019 tax for that year, then when i file 2020 the IRS says its wrong. i still have not received my 2019 income tax because of Turbo. so i gave Turbo one more try and now look. my return was rejected.so i go and try to pull my 2019 tax info again from Turbo and (oh now i cant)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and affordable I feel good about the value and accuracy of TurboTax. I like that they explain each step as you go through, and most of it is "chunked" through so you do not have to fret that you've made a mistake! My one challenge to TurboTax would be to explain variations across tax years. Why did I get less back this year than last, etc. When there is a discrepancy, it feels as though I made a mistake. Otherwise, I'll continue to use this product until my tax situation changes drastically.
