Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need clearer AMENDMENT instructions I found a form I had missfiled AFTER filing the Trust's taxes, then when I went back into the software couldn't find a clear answer on how to AMEND the return for filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax responds quickly to your tax question For some reason when filing this year, I had a ton of questions as I went along and was amazed that TurboTax was able to respond TWICE when I asked for assistance, both times in less than 45 min on 4/18, tax deadline day! Persons I spoke with were very professional and knowledgeable helping me navigate to where I could see where the information that addressed my issue was recorded on my return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Desktop and web version need to be synced Its frustrating that crypto is only available on the web version despite purchasing Desktop premier. To solve this problem I had to redo taxes on the web version to access crypto functionality, then export so I could continue to file on the desktop version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS AWESOME AS USUAL! I was able to get my taxes done in the nick of time thanks to Turbo Tax! With all my jobs, and new business they were able to provide me with everything I need, and was able to get me a fabulous return! Thanks Turbo Tax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too Difficult 2022 taxes were what I imagine hell is like. Probably not Turbo Tax's fault but was more stressful than usual and I still don't think it was done correctly. I paid extra for all the support and still feel uneasy about this year's filings. It's in God's and the IRS's hands now. Hoping not to end up in an orange jumpsuit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from two enthusiastic thumbs up I find tax to be abhorrent though Turbo Tax made it bearable. TT is very straightforward and very good at guiding you along to help ease the stress of this process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediocre 1. I was continually frustrated by not having an easy way to go back to check my work. But this is only my second year using Turbotax. Although I guess I was progressing through the interview smoothly, I did not have a "warm fuzzy" about everything being correct. 2. Very disappointed that Turbotax asks for $25 to efile the state return, particularly when there are so many free efile options for state returns, at least in my state. 3. Since I mailed my state return, the directions were not clear on which 1099's needed to be included, stated simply to include any form 1099. Subsequent research indicated that only those 1099's showing tax withholding needed to be included.
