My person today was great and helped me with all of my questions and showed me a deduction I missed. Awesome..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like doing taxes with TurboTax I run into problems checking in I was especially unhappy signing in for the final phase today. I had to go back to get my new code and it all seemed unnecessary since I went through this the day I actually did my taxes. know you cant make it so easy that anyone could get into my file. But it has got to be a little easier than this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Home Office Expense and Income Earned in Two State The home office deduction was not easy to use because it isn't allowed federally but is allowed in my state. And I was left unsure if it made any difference in my return. If working in two states it wasn't clear how to go through the steps or how Turbotax calculates the Double Income taxed or the state tax paid. I felt very unsure if I was preparing the form correctly.
