Rated 3 out of 5 by from Price Too High for Service Offers Was great service and helped a lot, but for the plan that I chose, it felt like it was too much money for me to do almost all the work on my own. There should be an in-between option that allows help if needed, but if there was none used, do not charge members for it.

Last year I used the same level of service and was somewhat frustrated with how I was bounced around from specialist to specialist until finally getting one to work my taxes. It took a week or two of going back and forth but they were finally filed correctly. This year was completed in less than 24-hours and I was on the line with the specialist while they prepared the taxes and answered any questions that may help me out. I can offer no higher recommendation for Danielle (my specialist) and the experience this year. I will be a repeat customer next year.
