Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has Gotten Worse and Less User Friendly I have used TurboTax since the product arrived on the market. It has always been convenient, quick and easy to use. I understand that the tax code has gotten more complex over the years, but TurboTax's ability to carry a user through the procoess has become more complex and anything but user friendly. This year it was impossible. When I tried to check my returns I got error messages drawing me back to lines within the return that I had already completed. I several instances I was actually drawn back after the checker said everything was ok just before submission. This years' (2020) Form was very cumbersome and hard to follow. I am convinced that I will be ditching TurboTax for my 2021 return and going back to a real accountant. The Home and Business version is a joke. It is hard to get to a live rep to answer questions and I couldn't even find a way to easily retrieve older filings. This was a good product 10 years ago, but it sucks eggs, especially this year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't use if you bought crypto. Such a terrible mess if you used crypto. Costs more to file with them because of it and there is no support for their service. Have to pay an extra $75 if you want a life person to help. I have used them for 10 years and this is my last year. I will not ever use them again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved my TurboTax experience I moved around a lot due to COVID and knew I needed more guidance for my 2020 taxes. I decided to go with TurboTax Live Full Service (Basic) because I wanted the peace of mind that my taxes were done properly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Raji asked all the right questions and prepared my return in a timely manner. It also made me feel good that there was an additional layer of review. 10/10 will be using this service in the future and would recommend to other people.
