Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple with lots of choices I used their accountant option last year, and going that route helped me to be able to file without using it this year. The questions are easy to answer. The information was simple to find. I found this format easy to follow since I had the added assistance last year. If I had any questions, it was good to know that I could use that option any time during the filing.

Problem was related to the Rescue Act which was promoting a delay in filing the return (which I ignored and filed anyways). It also got me tangled up in the process of paying the $25 State Electronic Filing Fee. For some reason it did not give me the usual opportunity to enter my credit card. Had to call Customer Support to get this straightened out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not user friendly and hidden fees It was not an easy experience which is why I used it in the first place. There were fees that were not brought to my attention until after I chose something. You were more expensive than having a real person do it. Won't use it again
