Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is excellent Overall it was a great experience and fairly easy to use. I do recommend the Premier version at a minimum. It does a lot for you compared to the basic package.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First time I ever had a software error with TT My state filing for NY Box 16 (State Distribution) did not match Box 1 (gross Distribution) There for Box 14a was greater than Box 16 causing an error when final check was completed. Called TT help line but they told me to uninstall TT then re load and redo all my taxes. Had to get help from a professional. TT was not helpful at all. It was clrearly a software issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user friendly Turbo tax was user friendly until I reached splitting my Federal refund between applying to next year and direct deposit. I needed to search with the exact words to get to the spot for entering the split. The state asked the question about applying the refund, but not the Federal. I needed the help from Customer Service to apply the correct language to the search feature. Customer Service returned my call in 2 minutes, and the tech was pleasant, patient, and resolved by issue quickly.
