Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Make Filing your Taxes Easy Turbo Tax is very thorough, asks all the right questions for you get your biggest refund. As long as your have all of your documents together, TurboTax walks you through the whole tax process from beginning to end. Easy to follow instructions, and also asks questions if they feel something isn’t right with your answers. Would recommend to anyone for making filling your taxes easy and convenient.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incomplete, disappointing, poor online support Encountered a problem with electronic filing. I used the summary option for entering data from a 1099B. The software told me that I would be required to attach the 1099 that contained the information, and I would be prompted to include that when I e-filed the form. At no time was I prompted for that, nor was there any apparent way to add attachments, except f or the 8453. I proceeded to consult both the Help tool with the program and the Intuit web site. There was mention of the problem from other customers, but no solution. There was no apparent response from Intuit directly, except some vague references to the attachment feature not being supported. Not wishing to spend additional time on the matter, I proceeded with the paper mail option. Over the years I have had other issues as well with TurboTax Business. Most typically issues after reviewing and and then going back to certain steps. Mysterious "errors" that were not flagged on the original review forward will appear. One tax season TurboTax calculated zero tax when in fact tax was due. Trying to obtain TurboTax support out of tax season was not possible. Overall I find the software has bugs, such as described. The embedded tax help information it supplies is not terribly detailed. And this year, ran into an inability to file electronically, one of the prime motivations for using the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax lowered my stress level I really love the turbo app I was really worried about this year's tax because of the pandemic and all the changes that happened this year. Turbo tax put me and my mind at ease, everything was simple and easy to understand, and when I wasn't sure I could click on a button and get my answer. thank you so much TURBO TAX
