Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Support is Excellent I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade and like the simplicity and ease of use. This year, I got a taste of their excellent support system when I got stuck in the final stages of filing my taxes. While the initial automated system was little annoying, once I got past that, their live help was good. She resolved my issue in a jiffy and I was back on track.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hoping for the best Turbo Tax allow me to claim more than the other site that I previously used. I am nervous but hopefully there will be no issues. I am please with the service and assume that because of the added claims I had to pay for the premium service. Fingers Crosses. Overall the site was easy to use and I like that fact that it reviewed your information and as able to pull information from uploaded documents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to use Turbo tax was easy to use, and free. Apparently when I had originally filed, my return was not sent in, but turbo tax followed up with me, via email, and Informed me that I still needed to send in return. Will use turbo tax again.
