Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is more difficult to use. I seemed to have more trouble navigating around Turbo Tax. It was somewhat harder to find forms. The drop-down menu was very faint and and almost off the screen. I did finally get help with the problem that generated that issue.

I was having some difficulties with my state tax, so I thought the best way to get this done as soon as possible was with the full-service option. My preparatory assistant and tax expert, Cheri, were not only organized, but both of them clearly communicated what documents and information were needed to work on my tax return. During our call, Cheri clarified all of the tax credits that I received and how it was computed overall. I had such a great chat and time with her, so I hope that I can have her back as my tax expert.

Barbara helped me navigate through the review and referred me to Michelle, who solved the Federal review issues. I appreciated them all and they were very friendly too. I will now recommend Turbo Tax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gets worse every year I have been using TT for years, and this year is by far the worst of the bunch. They have taken away so many helpful features (jumping to a specific form, f.e.), that it is really not nearly as user friendly as it used to be. Same old story: new-and-improved is not!

I did not know that I did not need to input my stimulus payment, which caused an unnecessary phone call and delay. Also the software incorrectly calculated my estimated tax payments due, which caused another delay.
