Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user friendly and a great tool! IT was so easy to use, helped me when I didn't quite understand things, and the visual aids really helped my wife and I know what we needed to fill out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Huge issues on eFiling. Considerable number of phone calls to try to resolve problem. NO one from TurboTax could resolve issue, finally found answer from a person outside of TurboTax! Very poor showing from TurboTax!

There were points that were a bit difficult and the process seems to take longer than expected with the "one more thing" that comes up more than once but overall quite intuitive. (like the name)
