Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply the Best! This is the 5th year I've been using Turbo Tax Live Deluxe. Even though my tax return isn't complicated, using Turbo Tax gives my the confidence that my taxes are filled correctly with the maximum tax refund. I've opted to get Max, which gave me an added security that in the event of an audit, I will be assisted by Turbo Tax.

I had always use the online software from a big name brick & mortar tax service company, you probably have one of their local offices on your block. Well this year my filing went beyond capabilities of any free tax filing options out there, so I started comparing the results and costs of several of the options that I was able to come across. TurboTax was the second of the four I tried and should have been the last. Not only did they get me the largest refund out of all the services I tried, but they were also the easiest to use and had the best price out of the services I tried. That being said, there was only one thing about the product that I didn't like, the fact that the results using the mobile application and then the desktop software I ended up purchasing were different, with the desktop software's guided approach yielding smaller returns and producing 2 errors when completing the forms. Ultimately this didn't matter as I was able to take the data entered and produced by the mobile app and import it into the desktop software, gaining the larger refunds and no longer generating any errors in the tax forms used for filing my taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax exceeded my expectations! Can't say enough about how helpful my TurboTax Expert was in filing my taxes. Robert explained everything in a clear and understandable way. He answered questions, made suggestions and even call me on the phone to help me along the way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too many glitches I had trouble entering information. I had to remove some deductions because there were places that would not accept a 0.00 response when that was the correct answer. And other similar problems. Poor jumping to place to enter info to fix an error. etc.
