Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Over priced service for a basic tax return, constant issues and no one could tell me what the error was after multiple phone calls. After being told the issue was fixed it wasn’t. Overall it was just awful and far too pricey experience to do my own taxes, especially considering I have a simple tax return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They could make this easier. It was relatively easy to use, but it isn't good at catching mistakes, like an employer ID# with a missing digit. Also they don't really compare different possible ways to organize your taxes to get the max return, such as my kids college expenses, should they file them or should I? But they were good about reaching back to me to let me know the IRS had rejected them due to ""an issue" which turned out to be my employers ID missing that digit. But I had to go through the entire document again just to fix that issue.
