Multiple times when I entered information, there was no way to get back to the same questions I had just answered, and no explanation for how what I entered impacted the returns. There was no way to preview the returns for someone to check over without first paying.

When I did have questions i could chat or call one of the tax experts for clarification. Even called on them just before I submitted my forms, just to make sure I had filled out an area correctly on two issues. I had them correct !!!
