Rated 4 out of 5 by from All good except new MA form 63D-ELT I was sailing along completing the return for my sister's Special Needs Trust but at the end, after TTB said everything was good to go, the software got hung up when trying to file. It kept asking me to go back to the MA state return and "add information" that was deemed to be missing. There was no explanation of the new excise tax implemented in 2021 for non-resident trusts, which is unusual for TurboTax. I had to do an internet search when I realized that was what was preventing the submission of the e-file. I finally answered all the questions just right for the state return to be deemed acceptable for submission.
