Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so simple and fast! I always used tax services to file every year. Something always got messed up, or if I had any changes or any questions, it was super difficult to do, due to not having said tax person available or just simply not having the resources at my fingertips. With TurboTax, it removes all of those inconveniences and explains every step! Never going back to letting someone else file my taxes again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Suggestion for more repeat customers I like using Turbo Tax, but why do we have to pay an e-filing fee for State taxes? It's bad enough that I have to purchase the Premier software just to put in dividends. You should be able to give repeat customers extra credit to use toward e-filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Reliable and Convenient It only took me 3.5 hours to complete my Federal and State taxes, through the convenience of Turbo Tax Live Assisted Premium product. It is the easiest step-by-step process for filing taxes, using either Standard or Itemized deductions. I have been using this product every tax season since 2013. Awesome!
