Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time user This was my first time filing taxes on my own and using Turbo Tax. It was easy to understand and a very supportive, guided experience. I read through the many notes and explanations offered through the filing process and learned quite a bit. I even accessed my prior tax documents at irs.gov. Never knew those could be accessed so easily. I'm a very satisfied turbo tax user and customer. I'll be using this again next year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good. Very annoyed - it took forever, I owed a significant amount of taxes which makes no sense to me, and then there was no option to file with the free or basic turbo tax so I ended up paying an extra $127 for their deluxe that I didn't even want.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simplify your software (not the GUI) Multiple problems this year. Had problems with the server downloading. Program at one time had an endless loop. I ran into a problem with loosing the state return and the program trying to charge for a state that it said none was installed. Had to call customer service twice and spent 3 hours working on problems. The review process asked for things to be changed that were not in the interview and had no instructions!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is incompetent For the past two years, Turbo Tax has not recognized a Negative value on my K-1 form, and instead gave me the message that the amount entered was ZERO. I don't know how incompetent you have to be, not to recognize this. The field in question is a negative amount on the K-1 Form supplied by Enterprise Products Partners L.P., and I'm not going to put in a different value than what is supplied. Turbo Tax is costing me more time, money, and headaches, because of your incompetency.
