Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and good updates! Simple to use and helpful. I really appreciated the new way to navigate between sections of my return. It also seemed easier to delete forms I started but didn't need than in earlier versions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems transferring between online and download I spent hours trying to figure out how to transfer my online completed return into the turbotax download I purchased at Costco. It was not clear on the package that they were not compatible. I called customer service and it was not helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to file I like this site, I've always used it and so have my parents. I just dont like the prices of the services. Particularly the $40 fee to take the money from the refund. That's excessive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Went smoothly this year Filing our 2021 taxes went smoothly this year, unlike our 2020 taxes where Turbo Tax messed up our Pennsylvania return and did not include one of our businesses, thus causing me to have to append the state taxes. The instructions are still not very clear on some special situations such as where to find the numbers and where to put them in adoption credits. I wish there was a way to see the forms as they are being filled in without having to wait until the very end of the filing process. Turbo Tax used to allow a running view of all the forms and easy access to them at any point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from live help is the best I had an issue with my 8915F. spoke to Laurie from support and she was able to look into my account and help me resolve the issues on these forms. she even helped answer questions I have pertaining for next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but unfairly expensive for self employed It's pretty clear and convenient software, but significantly overpriced, especially for people with small AGI. I work on 4 jobs and have 20k AGI and I am forced to pay hundreds of dollars for TurboTax. This is not a fair price. I will probably consider other software next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Difficult For No REASON!!! Trying to file separate state returns is ridiculous! I filed a joint federal, then it wouldn't accept the state (WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR!). Then I had to create a whole new account to file a separate state. Then once I got to the end, I couldn't e-file it because I wasn't trying to actually file the married-filing separate federal "mock" I created. It will not let you select "I already e-filed my federal" or have the option to delete the federal and file the state only. I tried the help feature - what a joke. It took me about 2 hours and I ended up having to print/ mail them anyhow. Next year I look for a different company that is more military friendly. Disappointed, TurboTax.
