Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year with the Best Tax preparer! I've been using Turbo Tax for 4 years now and this year ran into a snag. No worries! I signed on for help and Tiffany came to my rescue! Thanks to her I was able to figure out which boxes I was missing and was able to finish my taxes on time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to Like TurboTax...not anymore I have used TurboTax for years. I have always used the edition without live expert help bc I don't need it. I did not select Turbotax Premier Live but TurboTax decided to try to charge me for it anyway. When I contacted customer support (Nathan W.) I was told that I would have to downgrade and re-enter all my information. I politely told him that i would never have signed up for the live edition as I don't need it due to my law background. He became very rude, accused me of making false statements (what customer service agent does that???). It's such an unacceptable response by a customer service person. I hope you retrain Nathan W. i never needed or used the live expert help. The way he implied that I was a liar was so unprofessional. If this is what you teach is acceptable for your CS agents to say, then maybe you need to revamp your CS leadership team.
