Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tax site! Turbo Tax is very simple. If you have all your tax papers it's not too complicated. Turbo Tax makes it very user friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but No Initial Autosave, so Save I learn this year, after no problems for four years that until you save the tax file there is no autosave. This makes sense but I assumed TurboTax autosave when you started entering information. When I asked if I wanted to save since I was not finished I said no. I did not want to save a file until I was done. I know it does not make sense but maybe it will save others from losing "nitty-gritty" entered information. With Premier Desktop I had phone access to a TurboTax Advisor, Kathy, with 25 years' experience. Kathy was very thorough and went the extra mile to answer my question.
