Rated 3 out of 5 by from it was a little difficult i like turbo tax but i didn't like how i had to pay 69+ dollars just to speak with a live person and the search bar don't assist you with your actual questions. if you needed anything extra your price went up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was a REALLY bad year I couldn't find my turbotax file from last year. I had the PDF file, but it was too large. So I had to spend a lot more time this year. Can you do something so that somebody like me who has a really large return can convert the PDF file into a turbotax file?

Also, when I want to change my mind about carrying the small refund forward to the next year, I couldn't find that option..I did everything buy start completely over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my Friend! Easy, fun, secure! Filing through Turbo Tax gives me a great sense of completion. I love having all my past returns filed with Turbo Tax so everything is at my fingertips. Plus, and most importantly, my favorite hockey player's nickname is in the name, so what could be better?
