Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over Priced Didn't offer any suggestions to reduce taxes like they used to in the past. It is way over priced. I used to be able to get a free state return, but not anymore. It like they charge more and offer less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chi was the best Tax Rep I have met I used the TurboTax live experts for the first time ever and I did not regret it. Due to some state filling issues I was not able to use this full service, however my rep Chi took the time out of her schedule to call me and walk me through the very confusing process of filing for two states. Without her help I would have had to go to an in-person setting and spent hundreds as I did last year. Very helpful and informative.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charges extra fees even if I choose NO Why do I have to pay to submit the CA Tax Return if I pay for the disc that says no charge Why do I have to pay for the Audit when I click No. I went thru the process twice and could not go forward unless I paid for it. Next year I will use a different program
