Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live is excellent TurboTax Live made doing my taxes this year so easy! I was connected with a tax expert who was amazing, and made me feel at ease with the process. Submitting documents through the secure upload process was simple and convenient, and my tax expert was very fast and very thorough. She answered all of my questions and made the process as painless as possible!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax Made it so easy This year was the 1st year in retirement. I have been told that it is the hardest to do. Turbotax took the sting out of it and I was able to get it done with as much ease as possible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the Job This does the job but it can be challenging as one navigates between different sections of the tax filing e.g. between income and deductions. For example, it would be useful to see the filled out federal I-1040 forms before the state taxes are done, or even as one completes each section. The Turbotax solution is not perfect but will get you there with challenges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stephen is the man! I highly recommend using the TurboTax Live Full Service package. Stephen, my tax expert and all-around nice guy helped me with my taxes. I, like so many, dread doing my taxes that I always do them at the last possible minute. Stephen made the process pain-free and simple. He asked me a few very simple, easy-to-understand questions during our initial call and within a few days, my taxes were ready and I am stress-free. I always thought this type of service was out of my reach - both financially and like, who uses a CPA as a single woman who doesn't own a business? But I will definitely be using this service in the future. Well worth it. Thank you, Stephen and TurboTax!!
