Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax still killing it! TurboTax still killing it! I typically I do my taxes using several different software programs to confirm I maximize my money. This year I used 3 and even with fees, TT worked out to be the best option for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Honestly, There's Gotta be a Better Way This cost me way too much money. A whole $60 to file a State return? I only used this site because it was easier to navigate than other sites I normally use, but this isn't worth it. With all the time it took me to file my taxes, I could have paid the $120 (and I'm a student) to a human being who would file them manually and make some money. These websites are trash and it's a shame that the U.S functions this way when other countries are so much easier.

Every year I am stuck in the cycle of "reviewing your returns" to the point of no end when trying to efile my business taxes. I eventually just mail my taxes which is sooooo frustrating. I don't even keep stamps anymore, as does most of the country. They also always force me to complete a film industry form though my business has nothing to do with the film industry and this mandates that I check boxes that are not applicable & submit non-existent information, or else it returns me to this endless review loop. Why not just fix your forms when you know it's been an ongoing problem (I've seen the problem listed on their help site, but the only solution is to contact customer service! Good luck with that!
