Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax failed to connect Morgan Stanley Connect Turbotax is saying it supports to import data from Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect, but apparently it does not. There is a serve bug that the error message is saying the username/password is incorrect if try to connect to Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect. Note, the username/password is really correct, and confirmed that it is just Turbotax's bug. From Internet, we can see the issue exists from 2019, and continues in 2020. Hopefully Turboxtax team can fix the issue as soon as possible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product but have privacy concerns I like the product but I don't like the fact that Intuit has my personal tax information stored in some database in the cloud and the fact that Intuit does not give me the option to keep my information out of the database.

I have used Turbo Tax in the past and decided to go with the Full Service option this year and was very pleased with my experience. Filing took only a few days and with no complications. Walter was quick to respond, and was very adaptable to my schedule as well as the different time zones we were in.
