Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovee TurboTax Everything is made easy and process is very user friendly. FAQ panels help alot. I would give it 5 stars but the "snap & upload" feature to upload forms was not working although i tried it multiple times with multiple forms.

The service is great and encompasses a multitude of information that is simplified for the average tax filer to understand. Overall, very great service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not too Hard Doing turbo tax by myself was not that hard. I am just never sure at the end if I missed some great tax saving form or loop hole. If you just need basic taxes done. This worked for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy to use Turbo Tax and get help if needed. I was needing help with a couple categories in my tax return this year and Turbo Tax was just a phone call away. Called twice on a Friday. Completing the 1099-SA and HSA categories and Health Ins questions was not easy for us to figure out. Very grateful for the Live Turbo Tax assistance.
