Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software Updates Failed / No FL F-1120S I had to uninstall and reinstall Turbo Tax due to repeated failed software updates, which prevented me from using Turbotax. I wasted a bit of time trouble-shooting this software. The Florida state forms were empty, even though I am required to file FL-1120S.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I reluctantly use Turbotax I've been a user since before TurboTax was bought by Intuit and MacIntax was the tool of choice. There were many features in the previous versions of TurboTax and MacIntax that allowed the use to transfer data from either Quicken or Quickbooks using categories or tags that were specific to the Fed Tax forms and provided great user control. Now, with the interview process the method of updating an entry or reviewing the overall entries of a form are non-existent. It take far longer to enter the data and the user is at the mercy of TurboTax and Intuit as to how the taxes are reported. Very frustrating, but, as a user of QuickBooks I have found nothing better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax made me late by not returning my call. I was doing well until I never got an email for verification after I had spent hours and two evenings working on my taxes. I called to get assistance and a call came 27 minutes later but nobody ever picked up the line.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Retirement Credit How can you charge me more to get my retirement credit than what the retirement credit is worth. I rather just file for free and lose the retirement credit than pay Turbo Tax. Every year they advertise free to file taxes and it is never free.
