Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just gets better every year! I am a CPA and have been using TurboTax for over a decade. Over the years it gets better and better, helping to simplify a complex tax landscape. I feel confident that after carefully reading and responding to each question, that my returns are accurate. It's nice to have this peace of mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE TURBO TAX OK SO I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM MY TAXES WERE REJECTED DIDENT KNOW WHAT TO DO IVE NEVER USED TURBO TAX LIVE BEFORE CAUSE I WAS SCARED I CANT TYPE WELL BUT DECIDED TO TRY AND THEY MAKE IT EASY YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO TYPE.I HAPPEND TO GET MAUREEN ON MY SCREEN SHE WALKED ME RIGHT THROUGH IT SO EASY WITH HER HELP IM GLAD I TRIED LIVE BECAUSE NOW I KNOW HOW IT WORKS IT JUST MADE ME LOVE TURBO TAX EVEN MORE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Second year in a row that efile did not work. Not intuitive any longer. Doesn't call up data and make it ez. Spends more effort in up selling than helping. The worst has been the efiling glitches. Extremely inconvenient and time consuming with no help at all getting this completed. Very dissapointed after many years being loyal.
