Rated 1 out of 5 by from QCD Problems I was born on 10/49. TurboTax did not do anything to handle my QCD. This is the first year I am eligible. I almost filed my taxes without getting this credit. I had to do a bunch of research for how to handle it. I spent time on the phone with my investment broker, ETC. I finally found a bug listing for the issue and how to get around it. How many other people just blindly trusted TurboTax to handle everything and missed this important deduction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product.. Have been using it for 17 years! Have had questions in the past and a few complex situations which Turbo tax experts helped resolve over the phone. The biggest advantage is doing my taxes myself, I learn a bunch of things that I wouldnt have otherwise.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will never buy turbo tax again I got an error on my submission. I spent 2 hours trying to correct it, including 45 minutes with a "tax specialist" online. I ended up just doing the whole thing over again. Sure hope I don't get another error.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Would have been 5 star if.... I would've rated this program 5 stars if I didn't spend 3 hours trying to get it to work on my brand new laptop. Turns out all I needed to do was put the display on the lowest setting. Annoying and not visually appealing.
