Rated 3 out of 5 by from Updates are needed for 2022 Version Great success in 2019 and 2020, but 2021 Turbotax changed a lot. The biggest issue is that I got stuck on screens, turned out I needed to use the tab button to get to the bottom of the page to get the continue icon to click on. What a pain. It took me over 8 hours to do my taxes and in previous years, it was much faster.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly Awesome There are still some areas that have not been simplified for the average person to understand. I don't believe I needed to file a return this year but Turbotax will never tell you this information, I assume it is set up this way so Turbotax always gets paid. Set it up so we can know this for a $5.00 fee and a simple printout that explains why for audits.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a GREAT helping with my taxes. I thought my purchase of Turbo Tax @ Costco included a free AZ state processing, but I was just billed, and paid via Visa, $25.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is confusing and expensive I think the biggest disadvantage of Turbotax is expensive. In some parts, the explanations are also confusing, but I understand it comprehensively include all the options.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy & Useful TurboTax made filing our taxes easy and efficient. It had step by step Instructions and gave alternative options if we were unable to find the requested information. The main reason why we felt TurboTax didn't quite disserve 5 stars is because we had to pay almost $100 dollars due to a single HSA account (even though we had all the required information). We didn't receive additional assistance or explanation but were required to pay the fee to continue. They also would not allow that amount to be taken out of our federal or state return even though both expected returns exceeded the amount due from the platform. Other than that, we enjoyed it and would most likely use it again for 2022.
