Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and understandable This is my second time using turbo tax to file. I do it myself since I don't have any special circumstances and file single. Easy to upload paperwork and answer questions. There's a tab you can click if you don't understand what they're asking. Took me under an hour to complete

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use and covers all the bases. I liked the way I could go backwards and change just about anything with ease if I needed to. There was a slight learning curve in the beginning to figure out how to navigate forward and backward throughout the program, but once I got the gist of it, it went pretty smoothly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What I used FREE for years is NOT anymore $169.00 fee and wouldn't have paid it if wasn't my health condition in poor shape. I couldn't turn around after filling all the information and start all over. Poor way to do business, and feel TURBOTAX took advantage of my history, and started charging a FEE. Sorry, this is very poor handling of your service. Goodbye forever.

This year I had lots of trouble trying to fix the state return related to the occupancy time of my rental property. I rented it for 365 days, but turbo tax kept saying I was for personal use for 365 days. Spent 2 hours and still couldn't fix it
