Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD, BUT COULD BE BETTER Most of the people that I spoke with were somewhat knowledgeable and all of them were personable and courteous. I did feel that there was some miscommunication about which was the best version of Turbo Tax for me. I ended up using the one that I used the previous year. I found the program to be a little confusing at times which is why I say that it could be better.
