Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed. More difficult this year. I've been using Turbo Tax for many many years and this year I kept getting a weird error about a form I could not find!!! And you're gonna CHARGE me $80 to speak to someone for help????????? I'm very disappointed for the first time with Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too expensive I have used this product for at least 7 years, and it has become way too expensive for me to continue. I should have been able to select a different package but was unable to find where to change from the previous one we were using. Also, was unable to contact anyone concerning this matter. We are no longer self-employed, but still had to use the one that was automatically chosen for us.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems installing I had problems with the installation. Contacted support and they advised to use the on line version and get a refund on the CD. I finally got the program to install.
