Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy as far as taxes go Saves my info and walks me through all the sections. It also gives you helpful explanations. For filling out your taxes, I think it works great. I use the self-employed version. It works great for me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but stop trying to trick people into upgrade This was really useful and I found it quick, but you twice during the process tried to get me to buy a version without realizing it. My tax return was like $60. You literally would have taken the entire thing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't enter the letter on my employer ID My return is repeatedly being rejected because of a glitch in the softwar, noone to help, the BOT response in Chat is ueseless, first time in 25 years I'm seriously looking for an alternative to Turbo Tax.

This time around my children are working and I wish Turbo Tax would ask specific questions about that on your return to make it easier to plug in the schedule C information. I bought the business version, but it still felt complicated because they don't own a business, but work side jobs getting paid through a cash app.
