Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great, but can improve I've used Turbotax for nearly two decades now. It's very easy to use, saves lots of time, and helps me remember all the 'what if's' the tax codes have. Filing the returns electronically could be a lot easier. How about a comment up front to see if the user has an Intuit account rather than waiting until the end when they just want to be DONE?!!! It was a pain in the backside navigating the unhelpful web pages to re-establish my Intuit account. The user's patience will be greater, and you'll receive more favorable reviews.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes tax filing simple The software is simple to use, comprehensive in its features and includes all steps to make tax filing easy. Spoke with Sahid a Turbotax expert who answered a few tricky questions about state taxes and remote working and actually went over the entire set of forms. Best customer service interaction I've had in years. He knew his stuff, had a great manner and overall made me feel confident all is well. Wow!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Switched to turbo tax 3 years ago After using a name brand tax program for many years my taxes became to complicated and time consuming to do them myself. Took my taxes to a branch office of the other tax program and paid over $600 to file from that branch. The next year they told me I could not import that tax return into the desktop program. That is the year I switched to Turbo Tax and paid for the extra phone support. Now Turbo Tax walks me through everything and I do not need the phone support anymore.
