Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps Improving I've been using TurboTax for the past 10 years and it's been great without any issues. I've read a lot of negative feedback for them but not sure what it is. As long as we know how to read and follow instructions, it is a great tax software to use. Looking forward to many more years to come!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a great experience. Fees were outrageous Took way too long to file and the filing fees for self-employed income were ridiculous. I only used Turbo Tax because I thought it was free but after spending hours trying to file, I didn't want to start over somewhere else so I reluctantly paid the fee. Also, when I did need to talk to a person the chat feature was unavailable, which defeats the purpose of 'live assisted'. Figured it out myself though. Will not be using Turbo Tax again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use. I wish they would stop. This product is so easy to use. I wish this company would stop lobbying the government to keep taxes difficult to process. I am currently in school to become an accountant, and I honestly think it's criminal the way this company lobbies against taxes being less stressful, less expensive, and less obnoxious to deal with.
