Rated 2 out of 5 by from VERY Upset at this point ! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, AND, recommended your service to friends and Family. When contacting BOTH Federal and State to ask why our refund was not received, we were advised that it WAS NOT FILED ??? Had to REPROCESS return with a number of questions that were never asked before on our original return on 04-27-21 ?
