Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing site but it's really the only option I find the site super confusing and hard to navigate, particularly the self-employed version. The questions are very unclear. I think questions structured as double negatives on tax instructions just leads to a poor user experience. It's hard to follow along. The branding is pretty, though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax Full Service Premier is very convenient My family and I were pressed for time and were traveling abroad. So using Turbotax Live Full Service Premier allowed us to outsource the filing of our return while leveraging the information turbotax had from our previous filing years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Convenient Until You Have Problems I like being able to get all my tax documents by linking my accounts to things, but I've had an issue where my tax return is getting refused due to duplicate information. I went through the fix it now steps and no where in those steps does the software allow me to go back and check my return for errors. I just have to resubmit my claim for now and cross my figures. Note this all happened outside of normal business hours for turbotax, and while this isn't completely their fault, their autonomous help agent makes it impossible to send an email on tax questions. It's either wait till tomorrow or shove it, which for $75 + is kind of ridiculous. I've used cheaper tax software, and all you're paying for here is the bank and brokerage connectivity, passed that its just a nicer looking eztaxreturn which allows you to submit a more complex 1099-DIV
