Then I was discounted and never got a call back from that person. My taxes have now been rejected twice and I’m waiting on the third time. When I call for help no one knows how to help me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn't Notify Of Issues My wife thought when she entered the info for payment that she was done - certainly our bad; however, a notification via text would have been appreciated to let us know that we had not completed our return.
