Rated 4 out of 5 by from Voice recognition is no good I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This is the first time I hit a brick wall trying to pay for State Filing. I could not sign into my Turbo Tax account since the system did not recognize me. I had to call for support and I went around the circle with your "Voice Recognition Software" since it could not understand what I said even when I spelled it. Finally Michelle came on the line and she was very patient with me (at that time I was mad) and walked me through to correct the problems.. Thanks a lot Michelle.
