Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax hard to use I did not like using the online version, I could not see the information on the final forms prior to filing. Too hard to enter some information to know if it would be correct on the form. Especially for Long term gains/losses. The Search feature was hard to use. Could not find the key terms it needed to get to the information I wanted. The main menu should have listed more items. I did need to search for how to get to items. I wanted to do periodic reviews of the information I had entered. Really wanted to see a better summary and not go page by page again and have to go through questions I did not need to see again. Very tedious to go through same information again and again. Wanted better way to go right to the forms, schedules and worksheets. That would have been a better review for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Was Not As Easy This year Not sure why but my experience with Turbo Tax was much more difficult this year. I could not navigate my way to finding help even though I paid for it and the help bot sidebar kept popping up when I would hit CONTINUE and it did not let me continue. I had to sign out and sign back in a number of times.
