Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tax software is such a gimmick! I paid $70 for this at Costco and I still had to pay $26 to file my State taxes!!! This is infuriating b/c I only make $25,000 a year! It was not clear from the packaging that the state taxes were not free. Very misleading.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It's so difficult to use with multistate filings Last year I moved out from Maryland to North Carolina after I was using TT since 1992. I still have to file Maryland NR tax through MD Form 505 for an S-Corporation in Maryland. But there is NO way for me to enter the Maryland Pass-Through tax been withheld in the Line 45. All the instructions and online QA information are useless. I finally have to use "override" to fill in my tax been paid into Line 45 in Form 505 to get my credit. There is no automatic data transfer, and no step-by-step QA to guide me to enter the tax withheld.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax has some limitations When integrating Federal to State taxes, some things are lost in translation. Example: I have a up $35,000 exemption for disability in the state of GA. This greatly exceeds the $2000 in rental income I made. But the system only applies the exemption to my claimed income, and leaves a "depreciation adjustment" amount to actually be taxed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Payments Turbo Tax software worked fine. When I tried to log into Intuit to pay for my State return, I did not remember my password. I was sent around and around and around, and it still did not let me reset my password.

When I asked a question that she was not sure about, she knew where to look, she took a moment to research, and provided me with an answer.
