Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long-time user Been using TurboTax for years. As a non-active CPA, I find the program very easy to use and very thorough. I've yet to have a problem with my tax returns filed via TurboTax. Can't imagine using a different program or preparing my return manually!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The incessant upselling attempts are painful The program is fine. The upselling interstitials are an utter pain in the behind. If you accidentally click one at any stage of the game is to delete your entire tax return and start over. A conversation with a turbo tax rep confirmed that they "cannot delete" the upsell. (Presumably they assume that the pain of starting from scratch will make you want to pay an extra $50-$100) This is obnoxious and makes me want to use anther tax service.
