I made some errors on my part, and there was some information I was not aware of while filing for the first time with Turbo Tax that made this a long (2.5hr) experience. But if it where not for that I would have really enjoyed this first time experience. I will certainly be using them again next year and will have a little more knowledge on what to do! Customer service was agreat help, but it was not cheap!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love doing my taxes with turbotax I did my taxes alone for years and painstakingly had to go through irs.gov and try to interpret everything I needed, TurboTax has taken that extra work out with it's great automations and checks. Thanks TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will never use Turbo Tax again We have used TurboTax for more than 8 years. Our tax return for 2021 was paid using the federal return. We NEVER GOT OUR REFUND. I am still trying to fight to get the money we are owed. It is very difficult to call in to talk to a person and SBTPG is impossible to reach a person to talk to. The yearly changes in the format of your program is very confusing. It would have cost us less to file with a tax preparer in person than it cost through TurboTax. I intend to let everyone I know hear about the problems with not receiving my tax refund from 2021 and tell them to avoid TurboTax like the plague. In your favor, one of the people I talked to, Angelina, was very helpful trying to help us resolve the problem with finding our money. She tried, unsuccessfully, but she put in a LOT of time trying to help.
