Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is T-T-T-Terrible I hate this service. I was in a big rush to get these done for my return, and it was a hassle. It was really annoying that despite having all the correct information, I have to share my information with so many companies and services to get anything completed with turbo tax. The application itself put me in a loop twice. The next question/step/whatever would not load, despite checking all boxes and confirmed numbers etc. I was sent to the beginning of the step. Turbo tax charges a lot and shares a lot of your information, and given the things we continue to learn about large corporations, I don't think anyone should be giving their money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use Detailed for Itemizing Deductions I am a decade long user of Turbo Tax and Intuit. I have been able to get deductions, check calculations, and fill out all of the required forms in two states. The software costs a fraction of what a professional tax filer would cost and there has never been an audit issue for me

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too Many Ads/Trying to Upsell I had to click NOT to add more expensive tax services about 100 times while doing my taxes. I will never use Turbo Tax again. Also, kept having me edit 1 line on my state return over and over and over again like it was a glitch. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Failed for the first Time I found out 5 months after filing that I filed a duplicate 1098. Turbo Tax should have caught that during it's review BEFORE I submitted the return! I have used TurboTax for years without a problem and it has always let me know when something isn't right before submitting. So disappointed and out $120. Ugh.
