The tips and explanations help me to appreciate the information required to accurately fill out my return. The optional features of tax assistance is also an optional benefit.

Aimee made this experience very simple for me. She explained everything very well and was very pleasant to work with. I feel confident with how my taxes were prepared and will use Turbo Tax again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of trouble with Turbo Tax thisyear I have used turbo Tax for several years. Very good, however this year the program kept getting STUCK. it would not advance to next section. Lost all of the first enteries. had to reenter all again.. program still sticking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Helpful but with bugs I've used TurboTax for years. Most of the time, its use is helpful, straight forward and easy. At others, not so. This year as I add income, if a section indicates it needs to be reviewed but I do not, instead I select 'Proceed to next Income' a pop up window asks if I want to upgrade. When I select, "Continue with Deluxe", the spinning beach ball appears on my screen and the only alternative is to force quit TurboTax. It took me an hour to figure out i needed to address those sections needed to be reviewed and ONLY then the program wouldn't freeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome Product Everything went well including NOL deduction, however, you may want to look at the step by step questions for Home Equity Loans taken for reasons other to purchase or improve home after October 1987 that were later refinanced. I had to manually change the home improvement percentage.
