Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Cuts Through the Insane US Tax Code I had a problem with deductions and the Help Line expert got me through it quickly and professionally. The US tax code is insanely complicated so, until they decide to simplify it to something more sensible, TurboTax will get you through it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Easy If you have simple returns it is a pretty straight forward process. I had a few complicated issues that were still resolved within the free edition as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is a challenge In some cases turbo was not able to extract information from documents. Synchrony bank was not listed? Not happy that I paid too much for the service when other people paid significant less by buying a turbo tax from Costco. Online should be way easier. Your service should include expert advice and not have to pay extra for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! Turbo Tax takes a complex problems and simplifies it. And for TurboTax Live makes it even better! Instead of asking Professor Google, the tax expert was my guide (ok fine, the tax expert did all of the work, I just provided info!)
