Rated 3 out of 5 by from too expensive I've been using Turbo tax for many years. Its convenient in that they transfer and compare all your information from the previous year. However, every year, at the end of the process, I am always disappointed at how much it costs to file, especially since mine is just a 1040 form with a standard deduction. I could understand if I was itemizing and my return is complicated. I wish they would tell you how much it will cost at the start and reminders through the filing process.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed to honor contract Intuit failed to honor the contract I have through my monthly payments as a contractor. I was supposed to have my taxes included as per my contract, however Intuit charged me for the online turbo tax prep....Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I hate TurboTax for corrupting our tax system TurboTax/Intuit has become an evil entity, lobbying the federal government to prevent improvements in efficiency and efficacy of our tax collection system. I hate your company and your product, because it is only needed and useful because you bribe the government to make it so.
