Rated 3 out of 5 by from NEW CHANGES WERE NOT USER FRIENDLY I've been using TurboTax for many years. This year the new updates made my taxes so much harder. I took me three days to figure out what I was doing, whereas most years just takes half a day, and I'm not computer illiterate. If it's this difficult next year, I'll just manually file them myself. I paid too much money for this amount of headache. If I wanted to pay for a headache with my taxes, I would have drank a case of beer, and earned it proper with a hangover.
