Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good, but pricing is deceptive Pretty easy to use, especially if you have used the same program last year. Price was costly to buy and then there are many nickel and dime things that come along, including having to pay an extra $50 to do the state stuff too. It's just silly that this should cost so much anually.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The live help wasn't helpful TurboTax markets this product as though you will get help from someone with expert tax knowledge, however none of the people I spoke with could help me with a question about reporting fractionary income from a stock merger. They also couldn't help me with Turbo Tax's buggy software that wouldn't let me enter in actual values from a 1099-B. Two of the three people I spoke with were kind but clearly had no idea what I was asking about. A third person left the chat without notice after not believing me/understanding that the 2022 form had a sale date in 2021. It's really not their fault--they shouldn't be billed as experts if they aren't actual experts. They are really just there to help you use the app and make sure you entered your name correctly. I truly feel like I just forked over my hard earned cash for nothing. I could have paid a little more and hired a professional tax preparator, which I will do next time. Sure hope I did my taxes right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy! I previously used TurboTax for years until they made me start paying. I'd been using Credit Karma and then Cash App Taxes, but now they're all together I guess! Love that they gave me the live expert option for free although I didn't use it. Filing was easy and painless, and took me less than 30 minutes (took me awhile to find last year's info but otherwise it was incredibly quick)!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT LIKE THE CHANGES MADE TO TURBO TAX BUSINESS i AM FRUSTRATED WITH tURBO tAX 2022 BUSINESS. i DID MY w-2 AND CANNOT PROCEED TO WORK ON THE RETURN. tHIS REVIEW FORM COMES UP AND i CANNOT GO FARTHER. wHEN i RESTART the program and hit continue return, it shows NO FILES even though evefrything i worked o for 2 hour is actualy saved
