Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average It didn't seem as easy as in years past, maybe somethings were over programmed and not as intuitive. Also some names are not filled in correctly, like in the Qualified Business Income Deduction form.

Plus, the customer experience is excellent and Kristina D. was very helpful and answered all my questions and solved the issues I was facing.
