Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was INCREDIBLE!! I got into an argument with my boyfriend earlier that day because I refused to do my taxes. I just built it up to be this huge task in my head. Turbotax not only made it easier for me to my taxes, but they also made it fun! I'm happy to say I am not so apprehensive about doing my taxes now!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo process remains well done. Have used TT for years, both Premium and Deluxe versions at times. Did have one glitch this year. It was necessary to adjust to adjust IRA contribution basis. Typed multi line explanation but all text lines were overlaid on print version. Hope e-file version preserved separate text lines.

Then I was discounted and never got a call back from that person. My taxes have now been rejected twice and I’m waiting on the third time. When I call for help no one knows how to help me.
