Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problems/bugs made the process 10x longer this yr This year I sold and bought a house plus a refinance. TT Premier CD edition had bugs/problems with the IRS forms and did not calculate deductible interest correctly. After hours of trying to find a workaround and consulting forums, calling helpline etc I'm unclear if it was the IRS forms or a TT issue. A little disappointed as I've used TT for 15+ years without problems

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I hate advertisments inside Turbo TAX Don't try to keep trying to get me to "Upgrade" I picked which one I wanted when I started. I felt like I was having to see a commercial for TurboTax while using it. GRRRRRRRRRR

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to convert pdf tax files to .tax The actual return was okay but what followed really stinks. I spend hours unsuccessfully trying to export a 2019 return from Home and Business Turbo Tax Download to 2020 Turbotax online. Failing that, I tried to convert it from a PDF (the only option for download) to a TXF and then to a .TAX. The four Turbotax "experts" I spoke with were clueless and two of them were either cut off or hung up in the middle of the conversation. Even when they got on my screen they couldn't figure it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Relatively simple and easy to use. Tax stuff is not easy and the rules/laws change frequently. Turbo Tax does a good job. Occasionally leaves open "boxes" on tax forms that you have to go back and input information. Been using for 18 years and will continue to use.
