Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustration World I have been using Turbo Tax for more than a decade, and up until this year have been satisfied. However, stupid problems trying to delete Form 8915-F took four days to resolve, with no help from customer service. And then to have my e-filing rejected 3x, even though all the numbers were the same as last year. Only to receive a message that I didn't use Turbo Tax last year, when I did. I'm mailing it in--both my return and my use of your services in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Agents help guide you through any difficulties The process was pretty easy considering I was not at all familiar with the tax filing process. My husband of 32 years always prepared our taxes and this was the first time since he passed away that I have done it. The last two years I used H&R Block, but I decided to try doing it myself. I used the online chat and call back help function to figure out some things that were uncommon and they were quickly resolved. The agents were very helpful and guided me through the difficulty. I would definately recommend this service and will use it again next year.
